Fungicides
Fungicides
Fungicides are chemical or biological agents used to prevent, control, or eliminate fungal diseases affecting plants. These products are essential for protecting crops from fungal infections that can adversely impact crop yield, quality, and overall agricultural productivity.
Fungicides act by inhibiting the growth of fungal pathogens or destroying them entirely. Based on their mode of action and movement within the plant, fungicides are broadly classified into Contact Fungicides, Translaminar Fungicides, and Systemic Fungicides.
