Kuldeep Bainsla brings over 15 years of experience in chemical transportation and handling, supported by a strong technical foundation in the oil and chemical sector. A former Chief Engineer on oil rigs, chemical tankers, and LNG carriers, he possesses extensive expertise in import–export regulations, regulatory compliance, and documentation. He holds a Chief Engineer Certificate of Competency (COC) issued by the DG SHIPPING, demonstrating proven leadership across complex offshore, oil, and chemical operating environments. He brings disciplined leadership and regulatory robustness to complex chemical and agrochemical regulatory environments.
INDERJEET SEHRAWAT (Managing Director – Sales & Marketing)
Inderjeet Sehrawat has over 16 years of experience in business development across the agrochemical industry on a Pan-India basis, with strong expertise in sales, client relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives. He brings a solid understanding of regulatory processes, guidelines, and industry terminology, enabling effective alignment of client requirements with regulatory compliance. His solution-oriented approach, strong market insight, and negotiation skills drive business growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver value-driven regulatory solutions.
Mukesh Sharma (Managing Director – Technical)
Mukesh Sharma has experience of over 9 years of experience in the agrochemicals industry. He specializes in managing end-to-end regulatory documentation across all processes, with in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements, regulatory guidelines, and procedural frameworks. Known for his attention to detail, process optimization, and effective coordination with stakeholders, he plays a key role in ensuring smooth submissions, timely approvals, and consistent regulatory compliance.
